It’s difficult to believe that it is Christmas in less than a week… 2022 has been a quick year at PCS. We would like to wish a Merry Christmas to all on behalf of the PCS team!
Not only did we reach the major milestone of turning 25, but we also saw some exceptional additions to the client base and the team’s growth in terms of new employees and personal growth through promotions.
We are very happy to start off with some great news, we a proud to welcome our new Fields Operations Coordinator, Hannah Graver, to the PCS team. Hannah joins us with a strong customer-focused background. This role has been introduced to help organise the labour for the various workstreams, assist with purchasing, maintain records, and provide support to field-based teams.
In addition to would like to congratulate Tom Dexter, who has become our first employee to progress all the way through the system from Electrician to Project Manager. Joining PCS in 2016, Tom has worked his way from an electrician, to Supervisor, to Project Leader and now Project Manager.
At PCS, we maintain the offer to progress through 2 routes, the technical route involving more engineering studies and the project route that includes operational delivery and management of projects, with both routes offering the same salary and benefits. This leaves no one at a disadvantage with the route they would prefer to take.
