As PCS continues to grow, we are delighted to announce that Ben East has joined our team in the newly created role of Field Operations Director. Ben joins us with a wealth of specialised experience and expertise he has developed over the past 15 years managing teams delivering CHP projects all over the UK.
Ben’s new role has widespread responsibilities including organisation of day-to-day delivery of projects, routine reviews to ensure that targets for time, cost and quality are met, assistance in preparing quotations and providing operational input to our wider commercial decisions.
As part of our commitment to providing excellent services for our customers, we are continuously investing in staff to improve our processes and procedures. With this we are also excited to announce the promotion of James Naylor into another newly created role of Finance Director. After 9 years of service with Kier Group, James joined PCS in 2020 as Head of Finance and has been heavily involved in the improvement of the financial and management processes within PCS.
